Shona Taylor, Human Resources Manager

Shona joined Petrotechnics in December 2006 as Human Resources Manager. Within this role Shona is responsible for increasing Petrotechnics talent base in all locations and for developing the strategy and infrastructure that goes with supporting a growing organisation.

With over 15 years' HR experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, Shona has considerable experience in working both in operational and corporate HR functions with an international remit.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Shona is a graduate of the University of Aberdeen and has a Post Graduate qualification in HR from Robert Gordon University.
