Introduction (Level 4)
The aim of the course is for the delegate(s) to achieve competence in the use of the Administrator User Database and be able to support ISSOW Users.

- Copy WCC and include Isolation
- Create stand alone isolation certificate
- Edit ICC and Apply Isolation
- De-Isolation for Test
- Long Term Isolations
- Supplementary Control Certificates (SCC)
- WCC Cross Reference
- Workpacks
- System Administration
- ISSOW Change Proposal System
- Paper Back-up System
- Petrotechnics Help-Desk
A Formal assessment process can be included to demonstrate delegates understanding of ISSOW and the taught material.
The target audience includes those who will be required to provide an ISSOW administration role at either Installation or Node Administrator level.
Courses normally take place over a 2.5 day period (0815 to 1700)
Delegates are expected to have basic IT skills.
